I am very passionate about both physical health and mental wellbeing, as I have also fully recovered from anorexia, OCD and panic anxiety. My content is geared towards woman and men of all ages, though I seem to reach more middle school-college aged people. I just love to have fun and hope to encourage and uplift anyone I can.
