I'm a 29 year old intuitive eating dietitian based in the Silicon Valley, originally from Marin County. I support clients from tech companies (Meta, LinkedIn, Nvidia, etc) as well as run my own private practice where I help millennials make peace with food, develop self worth outside of their bodies, promote body positivity and intuitive eating.
