I’m a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with an online private practice where I offer individual therapy. I also run online courses and workshops and write a fortnightly self-care newsletter. I create content for people who identify with being a ‘people-pleaser’ and struggle to recognise and prioritise themselves. I raise awareness of the people-pleasing pattern, educate about why we do it and offer suggestions around how to start challenging and changing the pattern.
