I am a mental health advocate who runs a very successful campaign raising awareness that it's ok not to be ok and it's really good to talk, selling T-shirts with a strong "it's ok" slogan and 100% profit going to YoungMinds, the leading mental health charity for young people in th UK. The campaign has raised over £40,000 so far with over 150 celebrities from the worlds of sport, music and acting lending their support. On a daily basis I post to help people look after their own mental health and to keep on top of their own self care, with the emphasis on self care being a priority rather than selfish.
