Mental Health & Lifestyle Content Creator
I am a Physics PhD student who creates content around mental health advocacy to help empower my audience. My content ranges from short videos using a funny sound to share an insight, to longer form videos explaining that insight in more depth. In addition to therapy insights, I also post about home decor & design since the spaces we occupy daily greatly effect our mental well being. My goal with my platform is to share my life to help inspire others to live their most authentic, embodied life.

Typically niche specific content gets the most engagement with my audience and greater reach across the platform (ie my pinned viral videos). This will get the most eyes on the product.

Typically multi-video features gain more reach and have a higher conversion rate. Similar to the single video package, I will work with you to create a series of 3 videos featuring your product or brand. I will post 1 video per week.
