Fitness Coach | Here to Motivate
After accomplishing my goals in education and becoming an Assistant Principal in the school district I graduated from, COVID hit and made me reexamine what I truly wanted out of life. With two little boys and a supportive husband at home, I knew a change was necessary. My husband was also in education and our schedules didn't allow us to be present the way we wanted. My passion has always been fitness, being a Health and Fitness teacher and coach really allowed me to thrive and help my students.I wanted to take this same passion and apply it to anyone wanting to take charge of the health and fitness, thus creating Tenacious Health by Tenea.
