Aloha! I'm Erin, a Hawai'i native now in Seattle! Growing up, I was surrounded by beautiful mountains & pristine oceans. I spent majority of my time outside where I developed an active lifestyle and a love for the outdoors. Now living in the PNW, I have been able to continue my deep love for hiking, paddleboarding, and swimming but also gain new passions like camping (solo and in groups), training for half marathons & marathons, snowshoeing, and roadtripping to National Parks like Glacier, Rainier, Olympic National Park, etc. Both of my grandmas were huge inspirations who nurtured my love for cooking as that was their way to show care. Now I cook classics from my upbringing and develop new recipes inspired by different cultures. Typically it's outside and ASMR.
