My name is Allyson Forrest and I am a lifestyle content creator based out of Toronto, ON. My page focuses on body positivity, and empowering women to be the best version of themselves by improving their overall health. I have built a platform based on trust, acceptance and community which includes (90% women with 82% being in the age range of 18-34. I currently have a following of 26.3K users. In addition to these statistics I am a full time social media manager as well as a photographer on the side.
