Funds are held in escrow by Collabstr from the moment the order is placed. They are not released to the creator until you approve the deliverable. If the creator does not deliver, you receive a full refund.

Yes. If the content does not meet your brief, you can request specific revisions before approving. The creator submits the updated deliverable and you review again before any payment is released.
Collabstr does not own rights to creator content. Usage rights are negotiated directly between you and the creator. Once a deliverable is approved and payment is released, the transaction is complete.
Free and Pro accounts pay a 10% platform fee on all orders. Premium subscribers pay 5%. The fee is shown before you confirm any order. There are no hidden charges.
