I am a home-cook aspiring to create recipes from scratch and sharing them with anyone who would gain some value from them. My cooking and baking journey began in earnest when I was a contestant on BBC's "Great South African Bake-off". Ever since, I've been cultivating my passion for food and creativity through a camera lens of my own. I started my journey onto social media influencership through constantly being prompted by my wife to share recipes. Eventually I gave in and the response from the public was so great, we had to keep it going. I'm interested in both quick and easy solutions for home cooks, as well as long and drawn out authentic processes and anything between, although I believe you can never compromise when it comes to pizza, and chocolate chip cookies.
