I enjoy baking but conventional baking usually are high in sugar and fat :( so even the baking process is therapeutic, sometimes I can't fully enjoy the bakes knowing that it is not too healthy. So I start to dive into healthy baking and cooking to people can enjoy both healthy eats and bakes at home whilst enjoying the process. I want to make baking and cooking easy so people can actually do more of that at home. So this inspired me to create healthy easy dinner and high protein low sugar bakes for people who are health conscious. Apart from the kitchen, I also film lifestyle vlogs which consists of exercise, after work life to allow my audience to really get to know me in an authentic way!
