I’m a rare breast cancer survivor who went from Stage 3 to cancer-free in just 84 days—and I just celebrated four years cancer-free. I merged the standard of care with holistic modalities for a complete, integrative healing approach—and now I share everything I’ve learned to help other women Heal & Thrive beyond their diagnosis.
I create content that’s emotionally compelling, educational, and symptom-based—focused on cancer recovery, detox, supplementation, mindset, and holistic wellness. I speak directly to women navigating life after a diagnosis—whether they’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, or in remission.

My audience is made up of women who are navigating life after a major health event—primarily breast cancer. Most are survivors, newly diagnosed, in active treatment, or supporting someone they love through it. They are seeking trusted, holistic solutions to help them heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
