My audience is highly engaged and primarily based in the UK (50%). They are people who care about mental health, self-care, and relatable lifestyle content, with a mix of those living with conditions like bipolar, anxiety, and ADHD. Many are women aged 25–44 who connect with honest, humorous storytelling and enjoy seeing pet content (my pug Gizmo is a regular!). They value brands that are authentic, supportive, and that make everyday life easier, calmer, or more joyful.

What brands have you worked with?

I’ve created partnerships around mental health, wellness, and lifestyle content, as well as campaigns featuring my pug.
