My name is Carina Møller-Mikkelsen, I am originally from Denmark and now living in the north of Germany. My profile is all about self-love and female empowerment. I used to do bodybuilding and also participated in some competitions in this field. At some point I noticed that the whole thing didn't make me so happy anymore, but put a lot more pressure on me. I had a challenge with my body image and the issue of food. That's when the theme changed on my social media channels.
