I have been running every single day since 2002, that’s a run streak of over 22 years. I help motivate and I inspire my audience, 85% women, to create more consistent fitness and self-care habits in their day to day life.
I have also practiced yoga since 2008 and teach yoga. I am a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor and I teach at Club Pilates.
I have a Fitness membership site and work one on one with clients for running, fitness, lifestyle, discipline and nutrition.
