These women value their health highly, making conscious decisions to take care of their physical and mental well-being. They are proactive in seeking content that provides them with insights into maintaining a balanced lifestyle and are open to exploring new ways to enhance their holistic health. They are based mainly in Germany and South America, indicating a mix of cultural influences and perspectives in my audience base. Despite their geographic differences, they are united by their desire for self-improvement and empowerment. The majority of my audience is female, representing 75% of the total. They appreciate a platform where they can learn and grow, which is reflected in their engagement with "Your Big Brother" blog.
