By Black Entertainment Television| October 2025
In a bold and strategic move that’s catching the attention of both Wall Street and the entertainment world, Deconicci has officially announced partial ownership stakes in five major global brands — McDonald’s, Netflix, Warner Music, Meta, and Chipotle.
Phillip Marcain, CEO of Deconicci, explained the mindset behind the expansion during a recent interview.
> “We just took a chunk of change and made moves we feel were smart moves,” Marcain said with a confident smile. “Me and Rick both nodded our heads and said, ‘Let’s do it,’ — and we did.”
Marcain emphasized that the decision wasn’t about flexing financial power, but about long-term positioning.
> “Real bosses never keep much cash,” he added. “Cash is the liquid that the solid is supposed to generate. You take that liquid and turn it into something that builds — assets, partnerships, ownership. That’s how we move.”
Industry analysts note that Deconicci’s approach signals a modern business philosophy that blends street-level intuition with boardroom precision. By diversifying across food, tech, entertainment, and media, Deconicci is positioning itself not just as a fashion or lifestyle powerhouse, but as a multi-industry force.
The company has hinted that more brand partnerships are in the works — part of what Marcain calls the “Ownership Era” of Deconicci.
> “We’re not just wearing brands anymore,” he concluded. “We’re owning them.”
