I create content for serious pre-professional ballet dancers (ages 12–22) who are training for professional careers. My audience consists of dedicated students engaged in intensive training, competitions, summer intensives, and conservatory-track programs. My content focuses on ballet technique, pointe work, strength training, injury prevention, and performance improvement. I also share insights from my coaching program designed to help dancers become technically self-directed rather than dependent on constant corrections. Because my audience is highly committed to their training, they actively invest in dancewear, pointe shoes, recovery tools, conditioning equipment, and performance-focused products that help them improve. I collaborate with brands that support high-level ballet training and dancers.
