My signature series, Matcha Motivational, blends Pokémon philosophy with real talk on mindset, discipline, and mental health, using Pokemon traits and references as metaphors for life’s hardest moments. I create short-form video content — cinematic voiceover opens, talking-head delivery, and a consistent brand structure — built for Instagram and TikTok. My audience is primarily 18-35 year olds who grew up on Pokémon and anime, lift or want to start lifting, and are looking for motivational content that feels smarter and more original than typical gym-bro content.
