I'm Frederick Ocansey, known as Coach Freddy, a Pilates instructor-educator and founder of the Fly Fresh Teaching Method. I create content that teaches Pilates instructors how to teach with intention: cueing frameworks, class structure, confidence, and the business side of being an instructor. My audience is Pilates instructors and intentional movers, mostly women 25-45 across the US. The core is working instructors and studio teachers who want to teach with more confidence, better cueing, and real leadership in the room. The other half is fitness enthusiasts who train Pilates and strength with intention. They're highly engaged, they comment, they DM, they save everything. They care about technique, culture, and showing up as themselves.
