I am a fat person trying to de-stigmatise people living in bigger bodies. I believe living in a fat body is not inherently unhealthy, and as such, I encourage joyful movement and good nutrition. I promote self-worth and confidence and try to share tips on how to live happily with the body you have now, not the body you want. I have several plus-size fashion contracts and I’m always looking for brands with great, size-inclusive clothing to work with. I also love to show that fat people can travel and have adventures. Skin care, makeup, and hair care are also interests I’m a qualified Archaeologist and diamond grader. I live on a farm in rural Cumbria. I am also a passionate advocate for personal education about fatphobia in the medical field.
