My audience is primarily women 35–54, especially women 40+, who are interested in fitness, running, HYROX, strength training, wellness, recovery, skincare, beauty, and maintaining an active lifestyle. They follow me for realistic fitness inspiration, product recommendations, honest reviews, and encouragement to feel stronger and more confident at every age. I create content in English and Spanish and connect especially well with women looking for relatable, authentic recommendations rather than overly polished advertising.
