My audience is women 40+ who are navigating midlife with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of "why didn't anyone tell me this sooner." They're in perimenopause or menopause, dealing with hot flashes, sleep issues, brain fog, and the reality that their body doesn't respond to things the way it used to — and they're looking for real solutions, not empty promises.
They're pet owners (dog and cat moms) who treat their pets like family and want quality products that actually work — not gimmicks. They're building a home and life around authenticity and simplicity, tired of overconsumption and chasing trends. Many practice yoga or want to, but need modifications for joint pain, stiffness, and midlife bodies.
They trust recommendations from someone who looks like them and talks like a friend — not a 22-year-old influencer selling them a miracle.
