I am just a girl on a personal development journey sharing what I learn with my followers so they can learn how to live their best life too. I have gone from a girl with horrible acne, who was always bloated and in a negative headspace to now a girl with no acne, no bloat and almost zero stress levels. Not only have I grown my health but I have gained confidence along the way and learned how to properly take care of my body while maintaining that healthy life balance through it all. Most of my content stems from what I have learned and how I can share it with others. I share healthy recipes I create, workouts I write and do on my YouTube channel as well as other tips and tricks to living your best life.
