I run a female founders community called Orlune that connects women in business through a podcast, events, webinars and networking. My audience follows me for community building, confidence support and contact sharing across Instagram and TikTok. Alongside Orlune I run a B2B marketing agency, so I understand what makes content convert rather than just look nice. That means I shoot with the brief in mind: a hook that stops the scroll, a clear reason to care, and a tone that sounds like a real person talking rather than an advert. I mainly create UGC that brands use on their own channels and in paid ads, plus posted content on Instagram and TikTok. I work best with brands that fit naturally into a founder’s day to day: software and business tools, productivity, finance, wellness, and coffee.

Who is your audience?

Mostly women aged 25 to 45, largely UK based, who either run their own business or are about to start one. Solo founders, freelancers, side hustlers and early stage small business owners. They come to me for the honest version of running a business rather than the highlight reel. That means they trust what I recommend, and they buy tools and services rather than just fast fashion or beauty impulse buys. Engagement is highest on anything practical, anything behind the scenes, and anything that admits a business thing is harder than it looks. Because they are founders, they are also decision makers. If a product helps them run their business or feel better while doing it, they will actually spend money on it.

What brands have you worked with?

I have completed gifted collaborations with three brands so far: a canine fitness and dog gym experience, a hen do and group experience company, and a time tracking and invoicing software brand. The invoicing software is the closest to what I do best. It is a business tool, my audience is full of founders and freelancers who need exactly that, and I could talk about it honestly because I use that kind of software to run my own agency. Alongside the creator work I run a B2B marketing agency, so I am used to working to a brief, hitting deadlines and delivering assets that are ready to use straight away.
