I’m an American yoga teacher and wellness content creator living between the United States and St Francis Bay, South Africa, where I run a boutique yoga and wellness studio. I create warm, visually engaging content around yoga, movement, strength, mindful living, travel and everyday wellness. Life in St Francis Bay places me within an active coastal community shaped by surfing, outdoor living and a strong interest in health and recovery. Who is your audience?
My audience includes wellness-minded adults in South Africa, the United States and beyond who are interested in yoga, movement, strength, meditation, personal growth and realistic ways to live more intentionally. My South African community also includes active coastal residents and visitors drawn to surfing, outdoor living, travel, recovery and holistic wellbeing. My content appeals to people who appreciate honest, encouraging wellness guidance presented with warmth, experience and a strong visual sense.
What brands have you worked with?
I am currently expanding into formal UGC and sponsored brand partnerships. I have extensive experience creating content for my own wellness ventures, including The Whole Body Club and Words & Wellness, as well as collaborative promotional content for local wellness experiences such as Hot Huts sauna in South Africa.
