I'm a Pilates instructor with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, so healthy living, movement, and feeling good in your body are a big part of my life and work. I create wellness and Pilates content that emphasizes being present, moving with awareness, and living in a more balanced way.
I also used to work as a model and collaborated with brands such as H&M and Everlast. Back then I was very involved in body positivity, but over time my view has shifted as my body and life experiences have changed. Now I'm more focused on self-acceptance, being kind to ourselves, and letting go of labels.
I recently published a book that came from a very personal place. It's about wanting to inspire women to be softer with themselves, trust their own process, and move through life with more ease.
