Creator Background I’m a South African track and field sprinter currently based in Warsaw, Poland, with a strong background in competitive athletics and an interest in fitness, lifestyle, fashion, travel and digital content creation. I’ve been involved in competitive sprinting for several years and have trained alongside high-level athletes, giving me firsthand experience with training, gym routines, sports performance, recovery and the lifestyle that comes with being an athlete.
