My audience is primarily women in their late 20s to early 40s. Many are moms or women rebuilding their routine after a busy season of life. They’re beginners or returning to fitness after years away and often feel intimidated by gyms, calorie tracking, or starting over. 73% of my 1000+ followers are female.
