I’m Lindsay Ensing, a runner, HYROX athlete, and community builder based in Las Vegas (with roots in London, Ontario). I’ve been documenting the honest side of training since my first marathon (the hard days, the resets, the small things that actually make consistency stick) and my audience of 1,860 follows along on Instagram and TikTok because they trust that nothing is dishonest or “staged.”
My content naturally weaves into everyday training life: race prep, gym sessions, recovery, activewear, and the wellness staples that make showing up feel doable. Past brand integrations have felt native because I only partner with things I already reach for. With Nike After Dark Tour LA on the horizon, I’m currently in peak in-the-moment storytelling mode — the kind that makes products feel useful, not placed.
