Hi, I’m Louise 🤍 I’m a mum to two boys, one of whom has additional needs, which has shaped my resilience, empathy, and outlook on life more than anything else ever could. Alongside motherhood, I’m a student nurse, qualifying this year, driven by a genuine passion for care, mental health, and supporting others through their most vulnerable moments. In 2025, I reclaimed my health, losing 120 lb, and this year is about something even deeper: self-care, mental wellbeing, and self-expression. I’m learning to dress for me, embracing bold prints, colour, and confidence without apology. My content is rooted in honesty, growth, and real life, celebrating progress over perfection.
