I didn't leave the United States until I was 20 — unless you count a cruise to Cancun that my dad won at work.
Then my mom had a serious health scare, and everything shifted. I realized I had one life to live, and I needed to actually start living it. So I did.
At 20, I was exploring Prague. At 21, I moved to Morocco for four months. By 30, I'd set foot on all seven continents.
What most people don't know is that I do all of this while managing Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac Disease. It would be easy for someone to say "no, you can't scuba dive" or "no, you shouldn't hike the Fisherman's Trail" — but I've been incredibly lucky to have people around me who've empowered me to say yes instead.
I'm not a full-time influencer. I lead corporate communications at a fintech company.

Who is your audience?
I'll hike a glacier while keeping an eye on my CGM, find gluten-free food in Patagonia, AND still care about my outfit. Adventure doesn't mean giving up the things that make you you — or pretending your body doesn't have needs.
My content is for anyone who's ever said "I'll travel someday" — especially those who've been told they can't. Because honestly? You can do it any day. You just have to prioritize it.
