I'm a marathon runner, creative director, and co-founder of JD TEAM, a running and triathlon community based in Miami.
I'm also a cancer survivor—endurance sports became my way back to life, purpose, and mental strength. Today I use that journey to inspire and help others become stronger, both physically and mentally.
I create content about running, triathlon, training, lifestyle, mindset, and real athlete journeys—sharing the highs, lows, and discipline behind marathons and Ironman races.
