I am Adamantia (Manto) Lampropoulou and I am the creator of “Moms in the Blender”, a podcast that evolved into a vidcast and is available on Spotify, and YouTube, as well as on the social media Facebook, Insta and TikTok. Based in England, the vidcast is aimed at Greek parents both abroad and in Greece, creating a common space of connection and understanding across borders. The vidcast is about the chaos of parenthood, where truth, real stories and scientific knowledge coexist and balance the doubt and tension of one of the most demanding roles in life: being a parent. The aim is that no one feels alone on this journey. The topics I choose are based on my personal interests and what I want to highlight as content, with parenting and children as the main focus.
