I’m Meabh, an Irish movement and wellness creator based in Melbourne. I’m a qualified personal trainer, calisthenics coach, certified breathwork facilitator, and 200-hour-qualified yoga teacher, and my content sits where strength training, breathwork, yoga, spirituality, and plant-based living meet. I left a seven-year corporate career in London to coach full-time, and that corporate-to-calisthenics story runs through everything I make. My content spans bar and ring calisthenics skill work like muscle-ups and straight-arm strength, conscious, connected breathwork, yoga and mobility, somatic and ritual practices, manifestation and journaling, and plant-based recipes and meal prep.
