I'm a passionate yoga teacher and Wellness creator with a focus on calming, informative and aesthetic yoga classes designed to help people feel stronger, more grounded, mentally recharged and learn yoga, including all the different aspects of yoga.
The aim of my content is for people who watch my videos to have a happier and healthier body, mind, and soul.
I want them to learn all of yoga, and I give them tools like, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, pranayama, and asana to get them to love, enjoy, and appreciate life, even the little moments on and off the mat.
