Mercedes Swan is the Career Love Coach and creates empowering, safe spaces for high-performing, purpose-driven Black women. She is passionate about helping more Black women find bliss personally and professionally, and her mission is to close the pay, promotion, and inclusion gaps. In her former 9-to-5, she was a diversity manager advocating for diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. Since leaving the corporate world, she now wears her Career Love Coaching crown as a full-time business and career coach for Black women across the U.S., leveraging her expertise as a certified HR professional (SHRM-CP), executive recruiter, and DEIB champion.
