Hi, Im Claire.
I'm a proud mama to four amazing boys. Our youngest, Teddy, was diagnosed with PKDCC and lives with a tracheostomy.
Our journey hasn't been easy, but it has taught us strength, resilience and to cherish every single moment.
I started sharing our story to raise awareness, support other families and show the real side of life with a medically complex child.
