I'm Nicolette, founder of @bohemiangastronomy – a Czech content creator combining long-distance hiking, real gastronomy, and authentic storytelling.
I document everything from Camino de Santiago and the Swiss Alps to my own community hike challenge “Pudl100” (100 km in 24 hours). I'm also the owner of the restaurant U Stříbrného Pudla and co-founder of Podnikatelky bez hranic – a regional initiative supporting bold, creative women entrepreneurs.
