I am passionate about all types of movement; yoga, kickboxing, running, dancing, barre, pilates, rebounding/trampoline, strength training... I'm in the process of getting Yoga Teacher Certified. I have a beautiful Australian Shepard puppy that's sweet and HILARIOUSLY way too smart to be a pup. I'm a multimedia artist including painting with watercolor, acrylic, and mixed. I'm a Reiki Master Healer and hold certifications in Crystal Reiki, Art Therapy & Reiki, Color Therapy, and Animal Reiki. My past career was 7 years in the education field. I am a certified Dyslexia Practitioner. I I have 2 undergraduate degrees from Stonehill College in Visual and Performing Arts and Early Childhood Education. I have a Masters in Language and Literacy from Lesley University.
