Hi! I’m a lifestyle model and content creator passionate about all things health, wellness, and fitness. I’m currently training for the Boulderthon half (Sept 2025) and CIM full (Dec 2025), and love to share my journey through fitness, recovery, and routine-building. My content blends Colorado mountain girl energy (think trail runs, skiing, hikes with my Bernese Mountain Dog Aspen) w/ mindful living, skincare exploration, and life on the ranch (I work with horses at the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center).
