Who is your audience?

My audience is primarily women aged 25–45 in the UK who want to lose weight, build confidence, improve their fitness and create a healthier lifestyle. Many are busy mums or working women looking for realistic fitness and nutrition advice, motivation, accountability and sustainable results. I create authentic content around fitness, wellness, healthy food, mindset and everyday life, helping women feel stronger both physically and mentally.

I have collaborated with a range of leading fitness, nutrition, food and lifestyle brands, creating authentic content that engages my audience.
