As a dedicated full-time dad and passionate teacher, I'm on an exciting journey as a part-time triathlete. I transitioned from a 20-year rugby career to the world of triathlon in 2023. Since then, I have completed Ironman Wales and qualified to represent both Wales and Team GB in sprint-distance triathlon. My mission is to inspire and support others in their fitness endeavors, whether they are just starting out or looking to elevate their training.
