I am an advocate for the woman who thinks she is lost. The woman who has spent years being a wife, mother, caregiver, employee, or leader. The woman who often puts everyone else’s needs ahead of her own. The woman beginning to realize she has been shrinking herself to keep others comfortable. The women who wants to become healthier physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The woman who loves God, or is trying to grow closer to Him but sometimes struggles to believe she’s enough. The woman who is rebuilding confidence later in life instead of pretending she has it all together. I show them that we can be mothers, wives, daughters and more effortlessly.
