I create content to help motivate nerds to start their fitness journey and become the main character of their story. I do this through character workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment. I encourage them through wholesome positive POV's so that one day they may earn their spot on the ship by reaching their goals. I raise their spirits with fun skits and positive content. I am the gateway for many of these people into the health and fitness space.
