We are a family of three: Emily, age 30, Amy, age 54, and Jeff, age 55. Emily started her tiktok account in March 2021, with the intention of promoting her crochet business. When her dad Jeff started modeling her tops, her career in social media began. She was able to quit her full time job late 2022, and the account pivoted shortly after, to a millennial's POV of her quirky parents, and their stances on family life, LGBTQ+ rights, and mental health awareness. Their platforms now reach an audience of 1 million across three platforms with the target audience comprised mostly of females between the ages of 18 and 34. Viewers have referred to The Beavers as “Racy but Wholesome”, as Emily’s parents are open about being in The LifeStyle, although that is not a central theme of the account.
