About Baldassare Scilla
I'm Baldassare, a Sicilian home cook from Mazara del Vallo, now cooking in Piacenza, Italy. No fancy kitchen, no fancy words: just real Italian recipes, the way my family made them, served with a lot of laughs. My famous neve (snow!), a shower of grated cheese over pasta, has become a meme, a song, and a trend loved around the world. Over 900,000 people follow me on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, many of them in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. I bring your product into a real Italian kitchen, with real fun.
