I am an online personal trainer, currently based in Falmouth but about to go travelling the world. I work with women to help them discover and celebrate what their body CAN do - not just how it looks.
As a person and a coach I value performance based goals, functional training and creating sustainable change. My content is based around these main pillars; training with intent, feeling empowered in your body, education, lifestyle and entertainment.
My lifestyle outside of training and work is based around the ocean so I love sharing surfing and travelling content as well! 🌍✨

Who is your audience?
My audience is primarily made up of women between the ages of 25 to 34 years old. These are women interested in training and the gym, with a focus on living a balanced lifestyle. As I surf I also have followers interested in surfing and this lifestyle.
What brands have you worked with?
I am an ambassador for Mobility Manual. I have also worked with Surf Girl Mag as one of their trainers for their Surf Girl Premium Subscription. I do some modelling as well with brands such as Beach Boutique, Passenger and more.
