My name is Neil, also known as, Tunzaphun, and I make content to mainly document my extreme weight loss journey from 706.4 pounds to 250 pounds! I have currently lost 197 pounds naturally, since April 2019, by focusing on being humble, loving myself, telling others that I love them and by taking one day at a time! I feel as if my audience ranges from men and women of all ages and all walks of life, since my journey focuses on my battle with my mental health and extreme weight loss.
