I'm new to the UGC scene but I do have years of experience growing my own personal brand to a total of over 400,000 followers across all socials. I was able to do this by keeping up to date on algorithm changes and all of the latest trends to make sure my posts would perform the best they could! My years of experience on social media have really helped me understand what the majority of people do and don't like to see. Which I confidently believe has given me a great eye for being able to create advertisements that'll feel more natural and not too in your face.
